Yes. The system ships with resin pre-loaded in both tanks and the bypass valve pre-installed on the control head. The main work is connecting the inlet/outlet to your plumbing (3/4" connections), running a drain line, and programming the valve. The twin tank does take more floor space than a single, so plan for that. Programming takes about 5 minutes.
