Whole House Arsenic Removal System (Salt-Regenerating)
Not sure which arsenic system you need?
I'm the guy in the videos. Arsenic treatment is sized from a lab number, not a guess, and the order matters: iron and pH have to be handled before the arsenic stage. Send me your well test and I'll tell you exactly which system fits, or that you don't need one yet.
Complete Salt-Regenerating Arsenic Removal System
- ✓ 2 cubic feet of arsenic-selective anion exchange resin - salt-regenerable strong-base resin, shipped pre-loaded in the tank.
- ✓ 12" x 52" Vortech mineral tank - corrosion resistant, gravel-free design, 10-year structural warranty.
- ✓ Fleck 5600SXT digital metered valve (Pentair) - demand-initiated regeneration based on gallons actually used, 5-year warranty.
- ✓ 18" x 33" brine tank with safety float - holds about 250 pounds of ordinary water softener salt.
- ✓ 1" stainless steel bypass valve - pre-installed for tool-free service isolation.
- ✓ Fill funnel - included.

Sulfate note: Sulfate competes with arsenic on anion exchange resin. If your lab report shows elevated sulfate, call us with the results before ordering so we can confirm run length and regeneration settings for your water.
Installation Steps
- Position the tanks after the pressure tank and after any sediment filter, iron filter, acid neutralizer, or softener, before the cold water line branches into the home.
- Plumb the bypass - 1" threaded inlet and outlet on the pre-installed stainless bypass fit standard residential plumbing.
- Run the drain line - 1/2" line from the valve to a floor drain, utility sink, sump, or condensate pump.
- Connect the brine line between the valve and the brine tank, then add water softener salt.
- Plug in the valve - standard 110-120V outlet.
- Program the valve with Aidan - call 800-460-5810 with your lab results and we set the regeneration schedule together over the phone.
Installation takes 1 to 2 hours for a homeowner with basic plumbing skills, or any local plumber can handle it. Free phone and text support before, during, and after the install.
Ongoing Maintenance
- ✓ Keep salt in the brine tank. The only routine consumable is ordinary water softener salt; check the tank every 1 to 2 months like a softener.
- ✓ Test the treated water annually at a certified lab to verify arsenic stays below the EPA limit. Aidan reads the results with you at no charge.
- ✓ No media replacement schedule. Regeneration continuously restores the resin bed, so there is no disposable media swap every few years.
- ✓ Retest the raw water every few years - well chemistry drifts, and regeneration settings should follow it.
Why the metered valve matters: the valve regenerates the bed before it approaches capacity. If your water use rises (new family member, irrigation tie-in), tell us and we will adjust the programming so the safety margin holds.
The Right Way to Remove Arsenic From Well Water
Ion exchange resin built specifically for arsenic, regenerated automatically with salt instead of thrown away.
Arsenic in well water is a serious health issue. The EPA's maximum contaminant level is just 10 parts per billion, but levels of 50 ppb or higher are common in private wells across the country. Long-term exposure is linked to skin, bladder, and lung cancer, cardiovascular disease, and developmental issues in children. Because arsenic is invisible, tasteless, and odorless, the only way to know it's in your water is a certified lab test.
This whole-house arsenic removal system uses arsenic-selective strong-base anion exchange resin that regenerates automatically with ordinary water softener salt. The Fleck 5600SXT metered demand valve tracks every gallon the household uses and renews the resin bed before it approaches capacity, so removal performance is continuously restored instead of slowly running down toward an expensive disposable media swap. The ongoing consumable is a bag of salt, not a $900-plus per cubic foot media replacement.
Built on a 12 inch by 52 inch Vortech tank with 2 cubic feet of resin, an 18 by 33 inch brine tank with safety float, and 12 GPM of continuous service flow that covers every home size from 1 to 6 bathrooms. NSF/ANSI 61 certified components, assembled in the USA. Free shipping. 7-day-a-week support from real water treatment specialists with 30+ years of experience.
