Calcite & Acid Neutralizer Media
Calcite for an acid neutralizer that is running low or empty. A routine top-off is usually one 50 lb box, added when the calcite is about half way down the tank. The bag supplies are a full fill for an empty tank: 3 bags for a 1.5 cubic foot tank, 4 for 2.0 and 5 for 2.5. FloMag is mixed with calcite, never used alone, when the raw pH is below 5.5 in a 2.5 cubic foot tank or below 6.0 in a 1.5 cubic foot tank. Not sure how much your tank needs?
