I was pleased at how quickly the tank arrived. My plumber had only two questions for Mid Atlantic Water. Installation went smoothly. Before installation, my average Ph was 6.20. After installation, so far, the Ph has been 7.99, which is higher than I expected. Hopefully, this new acid neutralizer tank will arrest the acid corrosion from my well water that had caused leaks to three PEX brass joints,

I’ll start by saying that the customer service offered my Mid Atlantic Water was outstanding! I had multiple questions answered from prepurchase through installation. I installed myself fairly easily and it 100% fixed my acidic well water issue. It took my 5.5ph well water to 7.2 using the 2.5cf non backwashing (with no flow mag). It took my tds from 25 to 135 so no worries there either. Thank you so much for all of the help and delivering a product that works!

Purchased this Clack 2.5 because it has a side fill port (a dream option for someone who had to disassemble entire head abomination just to add medium in old tank). Bought from Mid Atlantic because they have so many useful videos online about water treatment tanks and installation. Whole operation was a breeze; I ordered on a Sunday night, shipping from multiple states away -- arrived within a few days & everything was installed (by me, alone) and up and running by the following Saturday morning (6 days total). The tank works well, but it is hard to find fittings to plumb it in. Home depot and lowes in our area did not have the fittings, and I finally found them at a plumbing store located over an hour away. Please send some fitting to hook up to pex or copper, not these garden hose fittings.
