In order to ship and track merchandise, we make your name and address available to such companies such as UPS, FedEx, US mail, and Freight Carriers.
We are an online-only business. We do not install equipment. To fulfill your order or process a water test you order from us, we share only the information needed with the suppliers, fulfillment partners, and independent testing laboratory that help us complete it. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing.

What Information Do We Collect?

3. Water Test Information
If you order a water test kit, we share the information needed to send and process your test with our independent testing laboratory, and we receive your water test results. We may use those results, and information you share about your water, to recommend appropriate treatment. We treat your specific test results as confidential and use them to help you.

Analytics and Advertising Partners
In addition to Microsoft Clarity, we use analytics and advertising services to understand how our Web site is used and to deliver and measure advertising. We utilize encryption/security best practices to safeguard the confidentiality of personal information we collect from unauthorized access or disclosure and accidental loss, alteration or destruction.
Data Retention
We keep your order information and related records for as long as we need them to provide our products and services and to meet our legal, accounting, tax, and warranty obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We retain call recordings, transcripts, and support communications for quality, training, and recordkeeping. You may ask us to delete your information, subject to the exceptions allowed by law.
