Whole House Arsenic Removal System (10 GPM)
Not sure which arsenic system you need?
I'm the guy in the videos. Arsenic treatment is sized from a lab number, not a guess, and the order matters: iron and pH have to be handled before the arsenic stage. Send me your well test and I'll tell you exactly which system fits, or that you don't need one yet.

Contaminants Removed
✓ Arsenate (As V) - primary target
✓ Uranium (trace level)
✓ Other trace anionic contaminants
✓ Selenate (partial)
Note: arsenic in well water is most commonly arsenate (As V). If your test shows arsenite (As III), an oxidizer (chlorine or aeration) is required upstream to convert it. Call us if you're not sure which form is present.

Inline plumbing install. No drain line required for normal service. Standard plumbing skills are enough for most homeowners. Call or text us before you start - sizing and placement matter for arsenic systems.
Test your water first. Arsenic testing is critical before installing this system. We need to know your arsenic level, arsenic species (arsenate vs arsenite), pH, silica, and sulfate levels. If arsenite (As III) is present, you need an upstream oxidizer first.
Installation Steps
- Shut off the main water supply and relieve pressure at a nearby faucet.
- Install a 20" Big Blue sediment filter upstream to protect the arsenic resin from particulates - strongly recommended.
- Place the system in its final location (~220 lbs loaded, on a flat solid surface). Allow ~15" x 15" footprint plus clearance for service.
- Plumb the inlet (1" male NPT) to the cold water main, downstream of any iron filter, acid neutralizer, or softener.
- Plumb the outlet (1" male NPT) to the house plumbing.
- Install the bypass valve in the service position.
- Slowly open the inlet, then the outlet, to fill the tank without trapping air.
- Open a downstream faucet and run for 10 - 15 minutes to flush any media fines.
- Program the metered service reminder using your expected daily gallons (we'll help you size this on the phone).

Arsenic resin works best on clean, conditioned water. Iron, sediment, and pH all affect capacity. Removing them upstream protects the more expensive arsenic media and extends its life.

Set-and-forget operation. The metered control valve tracks gallons used and triggers a service reminder when the resin is approaching capacity. No daily intervention.
Maintenance Schedule
- Annually Test your treated water for arsenic. Pull a sample after the system and send it to a certified lab. Watch for arsenic levels rising in the treated water - that's the early warning that resin replacement is approaching.
- Every 3-6 months Replace the upstream sediment cartridge (if running a Big Blue pre-filter). Frequency depends on water sediment load.
- When metered alarm triggers OR arsenic rises in test Replace the the resin. Lifespan is 3 - 7 years for typical residential applications, but actual life depends on your raw arsenic level, silica, sulfate, daily water use, and the presence of competing anions. Call us when it's time and we'll help you source replacement media and walk you through the change-out.
- As needed Reprogram the gallons-per-day reminder if your household water usage changes (added bathrooms, irrigation, new family members, etc.).
Important: arsenic resin doesn't gradually degrade like carbon. the resin gives consistent removal until it approaches capacity, then breakthrough happens fairly sharply. Annual testing is the only reliable way to know when to replace media. We'll help you set up a test schedule that fits your raw arsenic level. Call or text 800-460-5810.
The Right Way to Remove Arsenic From Well Water
Ion exchange resin built specifically for arsenic - not a generic carbon or alumina media that fails when it counts.
Arsenic in well water is a serious health issue. The EPA's maximum contaminant level is just 10 parts per billion, but levels of 50 ppb or higher are common in private wells across the country. Long-term exposure is linked to skin, bladder, and lung cancer, cardiovascular disease, and developmental issues in children. Because arsenic is invisible, tasteless, and odorless, the only way to know it's in your water is a certified lab test.
This whole-house arsenic removal system uses arsenic-selective ion exchange resin, a hybrid anion exchange resin with hydrated iron oxide monoatomically dispersed throughout the polymer. WQA Gold Seal certified for potable water. Under ideal conditions it reduces 50 ppb of arsenate to less than 10 ppb for over 500,000 gallons per cubic foot of media. Even more important, the resin has no arsenic dumping at exhaustion - effluent levels never exceed influent levels, even if the resin is operated past its capacity. That single property is why we chose it over the cheaper granular adsorptive medias on the market.
Built on a 13 inch by 54 inch Vortech tank with 2 cubic feet of media, paired with a 1 inch metered control valve that tracks your gallons used and triggers a programmable service reminder. 10 GPM service flow handles whole-house demand. No electricity required for operation. Free shipping. 7-day-a-week support from real water treatment specialists with 30+ years of experience.
