The Clack 1.5 cubic foot Vortech acid neutralizer can treat Ph levels of 6.0-6.9 using just calcite.  Installed as an upflow this eliminates channeling and solidification of the calcite media bed.  This acid neutralizer does not require electric or a discharge drain.

The Clack WS1 48,000 grain water softener removes hard water and low levels of iron in solution,  The Clack control valve monitors water usage and based on gallons used only regenerates when needed using much less water and salt than mechanical control valves. This is a salt based water softener and requires a discharge drain and electric.
